REPLUG is a Mobile Revenue Growth partner seeking an experienced Mobile Paid User Acquisition Manager to drive campaigns for a diverse client portfolio. You will launch, scale, and optimize mobile performance campaigns across social channels, Google Ads, and Apple Search Ads, while coordinating with a world-class team.

You’ll work remotely with an international client base, leveraging MMPs like Adjust and Appsflyer, and using BI tools for insightful reporting.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of proven success managing paid user acquisition for mobile apps.
• In-depth knowledge of Mobile Measurement Partners and attribution tracking.
• Experience setting up Apple SKAd Network.
• Familiarity with Excel, Google Data Studio, Tableau or similar BI tools.
• Strong reporting skills to show results to clients.
• Presentation skills with Google Slides, Keynote or PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Set up and manage performance campaigns on major Paid Social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Snapchat, TikTok).
• Set up and manage Google Ads and Apple Search Ads campaigns.
• Manage campaigns on Mobile DSPs (AppLovin, Moloco, Mintegral, Kayzen, Unity, etc.).
• Handle MMP setup for monitoring by the UA team.
• Create and update performance reports using Google Sheets, Data Studio, Tableau.
• Continuously analyze and optimize UA and retargeting campaigns to hit KPIs.
• Prepare creative briefs for the graphics team to ensure fresh creatives.
• Leverage UGC tools to identify top creators for client apps.
• Explore AI tools to improve creative production and advertising activities.
• Answer client questions on campaigns, performance, and setup.
