Total Quality Logistics (TQL) invites you to join its Fast Track Sales Program in Cincinnati, offering paid relocation to begin training with top brokers. You will learn sales, logistics, and supply chain management through a best-in-class program, with relocation to one of our 60+ offices as you progress.

The role emphasizes an elite work ethic in a fast-paced, high-energy environment, with uncapped commission potential and a path to six-figure earnings after three years.

Qualifications

• Elite work ethic and 100% in-office environment.
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to handle conflict.

Responsibilities

• Receive 6 months of direct training from experienced Logistics Account Executives.
• Help your account executive solve customer needs, find carriers for time-sensitive freight and manage daily operations.
• Participate in hands-on and virtual training sessions.
• Develop negotiation skills through prospecting and cold calling.
• Build your book and establish relationships to close new customers.
• Negotiate prices with customers and carriers.
• Resolve freight issues to ensure timely pickup and delivery.
