Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Strives to reach goals for sales, gross, and key expenses monthly and annually.
• Hires, trains, motivates, counsels, and monitors the performance of new-vehicle sales employees.
• Administers an annual operating budget for the new-vehicle sales department.
• Understands and complies with regulations affecting new-vehicle sales.
• Directs and schedules department staff to ensure proper staffing.
• Helps salespeople set goals and provides support to meet them.
• Maintains an accurate daily log of sales activities.
• Implements follow-up systems for prospects and new-vehicle buyers.
• Leads teamwork across sales, delivery, and follow-up processes.
• Conducts daily and weekly sales meetings and communicates effectively.
