Hasbro in Boston is seeking a Senior Sales Manager to lead all aspects of Value, Club, Drug and Off Price businesses. You will drive the annual sales plan, build joint business plans, and partner with buyers, marketing and product teams to grow revenue and margins.

The role requires 5+ years selling to Off-Price channels and strong leadership. Onsite Tuesday–Thursday at Hasbro’s HQ in Boston, with interim locations in Pawtucket, RI.

Qualificações

• BA/BS required and 5+ years selling to Off-Price accounts or Club/Value/Drug segments.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a track record of targets.
• Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop a sales team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Own annual sales plan, forecast, and P&L for Club, Value, Drug and Off Price accounts.
• Build and present joint business plans with buyers and leadership.
• Identify new distribution, programs and opportunities; drive sell-in and sell-through.
• Lead cross-functional execution with marketing, finance, and product teams.
• Negotiate terms and trade funds to hit revenue and margin goals; manage a four‑person team.
