Job description

The Manager Key Accounts will assume responsibility for the sales of services and system solutions in the Aerospace industry. The role is focused on growing our footprint and new revenue streams as a strategic services partner while maintaining current relationships and revenue streams. This role will work closely with the Global Delivery organization, Central Marketing, corporate Strategy, and regional business development teams.

What You’ll Do
  • Own and grow Key accounts with direct accountability for revenue, bookings, pipeline, and long‑term account expansion.
  • Serve as the primary interface for the key account across engineering, manufacturing, digital, and supply‑chain organizations.
  • Drive new business growth within the Aircraft OEM account, while managing a portfolio of A&D accounts.
  • Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities for engineering and digital services across aircraft programs.
  • Develop and execute a focused account growth strategy, while providing governance and direction for the broader A&D account cluster.
  • Lead solution‑based selling by positioning:
  • Aircraft and systems engineering services (design, analysis, certification, sustaining engineering)
  • Digital engineering, verification & validation, and testing services
  • Manufacturing and production engineering support
  • After Market - MRO
  • Partner closely with engineering, solution architecture, and delivery teams to ensure technical alignment and excellence.
  • Prepare and present tailored proposals; manage pricing and commercials; lead contract negotiations; and close high‑value, multi‑year deals.
  • Monitor aerospace industry trends, customer priorities, and competitive dynamics within the US A&D market to proactively identify growth opportunities.
What You’ll Bring
  • 8-12 years of experience in sales, business development, or client partnering within Engineering Services, preferably serving US Aerospace & Defense customers.
  • Proven, hands‑on experience selling directly to large Aircraft OEMs (mandatory).
  • Bilingual Proficiency, Mandatory French (Read/Write/Speak) along with English
  • Demonstrated success owning and scaling large, complex OEM accounts with direct personal accountability.
  • Strong understanding of aerospace engineering value chains and global delivery models.
  • Ability to translate engineering, digital, and platform‑based capabilities into clear business and program outcomes.
  • Excellent executive communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Ability to operate independently while collaborating effectively across global, cross‑functional teams.
