Job summary

Bosch is seeking a Senior Sales Manager for Roadside Protect in Itasca, IL to drive profitable revenue growth in Automotive and Insurance sectors, with emphasis on Asian OEMs. This role requires a proven track record in complex multi-year contracts and experience in Connected Car services like eCall and SVS.

The position is full-time, based in Itasca, IL, with autonomy to manage the sales pipeline and key accounts directly, reporting to the Director of Sales & Business Development for Roadside

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
• Required 10+ years of progressive sales experience within the Roadside Assistance industry, specifically selling to automotive customers and/or Insurance carriers.
• Proven track record of closing complex, multi-year contracts with large enterprise clients, especially with Asian OEMs.
• Understanding of Connected Car ecosystems or telematics services and cross-selling premium add-ons such as eCall or SVS.

Responsibilities

• Identify, target, and acquire new key accounts within Automotive and Insurance industries, focusing on Asian OEMs.
• Own the entire sales process: prospecting, lead generation, pipeline management, and forecasting.
• Close complex, multi-year contracts with large enterprise clients and upsell value-added services.
• Build and manage relationships with clients to drive revenue growth and retention.
