Job summary

Hilton in Miami is seeking a Complex Senior Sales Manager to lead group sales, drive revenue growth, and build strategic partnerships that elevate the guest experience. You’ll manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to contracts, and collaborate across departments to fulfill contracted services.

You will mentor the sales team, monitor performance, and help deliver unforgettable experiences for guests while upholding Hilton’s standards of hospitality and integrity.

Responsibilities

• Represent the hotel to prospective clients for group rooms, meeting space, and F&B services.
• Drive new business opportunities: respond to inquiries, initiate outreach, qualify leads.
• Manage the full sales cycle: site visits, proposals, rates, contracts, and account servicing.
• Develop strategic sales plans to meet or exceed revenue and room-night goals.
• Analyze sales performance and identify opportunities to improve conversion.
• Coordinate across departments to fulfill contracted services and ensure client satisfaction.
• Supervise and support team members, providing coaching and fostering a productive environment.
