Kimpton Hotel Monaco Seattle in Downtown Seattle seeks a Senior Sales Manager to lead and mentor the sales team, manage a group book, and shape market positioning with the Director of Sales and Revenue Management.

You will partner with leadership to drive revenue, analyze performance, and stay ahead of market trends while embodying Kimpton's culture of being the Ultimate Host andSpark Joy in guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead as a senior sales leader and mentor within the sales team.
• Partner with Director of Sales, GM, and Revenue Management on strategy and market positioning.
• Maintain and grow a book of group business while monitoring market trends.
• Coordinate with Revenue Management to maintain aligned sales and revenue plans.
• Support ownership groups with regular reporting and strategic direction.
• Stay informed on local, regional, and national hospitality industry trends.
• Represent the hotel in key accounts and industry events.
