Kimpton Hotel Monaco Seattle, a newly renovated boutique hotel in Downtown Seattle, seeks a Group Sales Manager to lead the local and regional market. You’ll own markets, pursue prospects, and convert conversations into long-term partnerships while delivering the hotel’s signature guest experience.

Bring your proven sales and negotiation skills, plus a passion for hospitality, to drive room revenue and expand Monaco’s brand presence across Seattle and surrounding areas.

Qualifications

• Experience managing sales in the Seattle market or similar upscale hotel segment.
• Proven ability to prospect, negotiate, and close group business.
• Strong communication and organizational skills for multi-tasking and travel.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue and meet or exceed quarterly pace and production goals.
• Solicit, negotiate, and book new and repeat group business.
• Conduct site inspections and host fam trips for planners and companies.
• Develop relationships with key accounts and industry partners.
• Create and present polished sales proposals and contracts.
