Qualifications

• 3–5 years of sales management experience required.
• Sales counselors supervision experience preferred.
• Experience presenting, training, coaching and motivating salespeople a plus.
• Valid state driver's license and applicable licenses as required by state law.

Responsibilities

• Staff management and leadership; meet and exceed sales quotas.
• Provide sales instruction and coaching to Sales Counselors.
• Develop marketing programs and analyze market share.
