Job summary

ADP is hiring a Sales Executive to lead a field-based team selling payroll, tax, HR, and benefits solutions to clients. You will guide your team toward achieving sales objectives through coordination with clients, prospects, and internal partners.

You will recruit, hire, train, and develop sales associates, providing performance feedback and coaching. Expect advancement opportunities with strong compensation and benefits through ADP.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of business-to-business sales or sales management experience with a proven track record.
• Strong client interaction and presentation skills.
• High integrity and dependable execution of commitments.
• Excellent planning and multitasking skills to implement sales strategies.

Responsibilities

• Grow the business within your geography by closing sales and achieving goals.
