Job summary

ADP is seeking a Sales Executive to lead a field-based team selling payroll, tax, HR and benefits solutions to new and existing clients. You will recruit, hire, and develop Sales Associates, guiding them to meet and exceed sales objectives through collaboration with clients, partners, and leadership.

You will drive performance, coach for improvement, and stay current on ADP products while representing the company at events and in the field.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of B2B sales or sales management experience.
• Proven track record of closing sales and winning clients.
• Ability to lead a field-based sales team and meet targets.
