Job summary

• Leadership experience in sales teams

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive, data-driven sales plan for buy-side and sell-side clients and their trading workflows
• Own and exceed regional revenue targets across new business, renewals, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities
• Lead the player/coach function by managing personal pipelines and deals while mentoring and developing the sales team
• Define territory strategies, account prioritization, and go-to-market approaches across the Americas
• Leverage industry relationships to generate pipeline and accelerate deal cycles
• Build consultative relationships with clients and strategic prospects, including C-suite and trading professionals
• Advise clients on trading workflows and map FactSet solutions to their business needs
• Represent FactSet at industry conferences, client events, and forums
• Coach, mentor, and performance-manage sales professionals
• Set team goals, track progress, and implement sales best practices
• Provide product guidance based on client feedback, competitive intelligence, and industry trends
• Partner with product, marketing, product management, and client solutions teams on roadmap and positioning
• Monitor industry developments, regulatory changes, and competitive dynamics
