Job summary

FactSet is seeking a Sales Manager – Americas Trading Solutions to lead and grow trading-focused sales across the region. You will manage a team while carrying your own book, driving revenue growth, nurturing client relationships, and coordinating with product, marketing, and client solutions to position FactSet as the premier partner for trading workflows in the Americas.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in the trading industry with understanding of buy-/sell-side workflows
• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business, CS, or related field
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding revenue targets in complex sales
• Experience in sales leadership or player/coach roles preferred
• Experience selling financial technology, data, or analytics

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a data-driven sales plan for key client types and trading workflows
• Own and achieve regional revenue targets including new business; renewals and upsell
• Lead by example while mentoring and developing the sales team
• Define territory strategies and go-to-market approaches across the Americas
• Maintain deep client relationships and map FactSet solutions to needs
• Represent FactSet at conferences and client events to expand the network
