Revance Therapeutics, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Sales Operations Analyst to own Incentive Compensation Management for the field sales organization.

The role sits in Sales Operations and reports to the Sales Operations Manager. The work combines hands-on Excel calculations with building scalable ICM tools and processes. This senior IC role requires five or more years of experience, experience administering an ICM platform, and the ability to own end-to-end calculation cycles, controls, and reporting

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of related experience.
• Experience with incentive compensation management platforms (ICM).
• Strong Excel and data-analysis skills and ability to audit calculations.

Responsabilidades

• Own and administer recurring incentive payout calculations for field sales roles using Excel and ICM tools.
• Lead implementation/testing and go-live for the ICM platform.
• Resolve field sales pay inquiries with clear explanations.
• Prepare and validate inputs for calculation cycles and ensure payout accuracy.
• Maintain controls and documentation for audit readiness.
• Support territory and quota planning analytics as the function grows.
