Job summary

Zones is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst with deep experience in sales and incentive compensation analytics. This role combines financial modeling, data analysis, program administration, and governance to support monthly, quarterly and annual sales incentives and company bonus programs.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive experience in financial analysis and sales compensation.
• Experience supporting complex sales compensation programs across multiple plans or regions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, HR, Data Analytics, or related field.
• Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Lead compensation plan performance analysis and modeling for leaders; translate results into recommendations.
• Develop models to forecast incentive expense and evaluate plan alternatives.
• Create dashboards and reports explaining payout trends and variances.
• Validate data, reconcile outputs, and maintain controls for commissions and bonuses.
• Partner with Sales, Finance, HR, Payroll, and Legal on plan design and governance.
• Audit and refresh compensation databases; handle ad hoc analysis and market surveys.
• Investigate inquiries and resolve data and payment discrepancies.
