• Experience supporting Operations, Manufacturing, or Supply Chain finance.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary finance advisor to the VP of Operations and Operations leadership team.
• Lead the annual operating plan, forecasts, and long-range planning for Operations.
• Develop driver-based forecasts using volume, labor, material, overhead, and capacity assumptions.
• Build financial models for make-versus-buy, capital investments, and productivity initiatives.
• Present clear, fact-based recommendations to leadership and track results.
