Qualifications

• 8-15+ years of experience in direct sales/business development in the consulting industry.
• Proven ability to sell and shape complex professional services engagements within Fortune 500 organizations.
• Consistent history of originating, closing new business, and exceeding sales targets while building C-suite relationships.

Responsibilities

• Drive new business growth by partnering with account and practice leaders to pursue opportunities, build pipeline, and secure MSAs
• Build and manage relationships with clients, decision makers, and alliance partners to expand Slalom's presence
• Lead pipeline development, forecasting, and account strategy using Slalom sales tools and cross-team collaboration
• Support overall sales success by activating networks, hosting events, mentoring sellers, and consistently delivering against quota
