What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Engage with attorneys and Practice Area Heads to create qualified opportunities through effective messaging
- Validate customer needs and drive deals to closure by shaping project plans
- Develop and execute account-level sales strategies, identifying necessary support
- Achieve or exceed monthly and annual new sales targets consistently
- Maintain a high level of customer activity with a goal of 10 qualified customer meetings per week
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; JD or legal industry experience strongly preferred
- Minimum of 4 years of successful outside sales experience in professional B2B environments
- Proven track record of sales success
- Previous sales experience in software or online legal information is a plus
- Working knowledge of sales processes, methods, and techniques
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in the legal technology sector
- Familiarity with Westlaw Precision, Practical Law, CoCounsel Core, and CoCounsel Drafting products
- Strong storytelling and messaging skills to engage stakeholders effectively
- Ability to develop strategic territory plans and leverage partnerships
- Experience with account management and consultative sales approaches
