One of our companies is currently looking for a Senior Sales Engineer in United States.

As a Senior Sales Engineer, you will play a key role in driving the technical aspects of the sales process for large enterprise clients. You will leverage your deep technical knowledge and strategic thinking to guide customers through their digital transformation journey. Your responsibilities will include managing complex technical challenges, providing proof of concept support, and offering technical guidance to ensure the successful implementation of solutions, all while fostering strong customer relationships and driving business outcomes.

Accountabilities:

  • Lead and support complex technical sales engagements from initial prospecting through to closing
  • Serve as the technical expert on the sales team, offering product demonstrations, proof of concept support, and answering technical queries
  • Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies to proactively address challenges during the sales process
  • Present technical solutions clearly, ensuring alignment with customer needs and business goals
  • Manage and resolve technical issues, collaborating across departments to ensure smooth communication and project success


Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Sales/Solutions Engineering, preferably in a technology or SaaS environment
  • Strong expertise in SIP/Telephony systems with 3-5 years of hands-on experience
  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and API integrations
  • In-depth knowledge of designing and implementing complex telecommunication solutions
  • Proven ability to lead technical projects, manage risks, and drive sales strategy
  • Exceptional communication skills with a proven ability to present technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
