This is a dynamic opportunity for a Sales Engineer to play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between sales, product, and delivery teams. In this position, you’ll work closely with sales representatives and clients, providing technical and operational support to ensure that solutions are effectively scoped and tailored to customer needs. You will also support the development of proposals, pricing models, and hand-off documentation to implementation teams. Your ability to translate complex product capabilities into practical, client-specific solutions will be key to your success. This is a high-impact, cross-functional role ideal for a proactive and detail-oriented professional passionate about improving healthcare through technology.

Accountabilities:

  • Partner with the sales team to provide technical expertise during client meetings and calls, helping to shape proposals and close deals.
  • Develop and present product overviews and custom solutions to prospective clients, aligning offerings with customer goals.
  • Scope technical requirements, coordinate internal stakeholders, and ensure smooth handoff from sales to delivery.
  • Lead development of RFP responses, pricing documentation, and Statements of Work.
  • Continuously improve sales engineering processes and tools, contributing to the creation of playbooks and documentation.
  • Serve as a critical voice in product planning by surfacing customer needs and aligning them with technical roadmaps.
  • 7+ years of experience in sales engineering, solutions consulting, or similar customer-facing roles—ideally within healthcare or technology sectors.
  • Proven ability to understand technical product features and translate them into customer-centric value propositions.
  • Skilled in managing complex sales cycles and multi-stakeholder coordination.
  • Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM tools; experience with RFP management is a plus.
  • Exceptional organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects under tight deadlines.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote-first environment with occasional travel.
