Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a technical field.
• Minimum 5 years in technical sales, applications engineering, or related roles.
• Strong understanding of generator systems, switchgear, ventilation, and enclosure design.

Responsibilities

• Lead the front-end sales engineering process from opportunity through quotation.
• Review specs, drawings, and site requirements to develop compliant, cost-effective solutions.
• Serve as primary technical liaison for customers, OEMs, distributors, and engineers.
• Develop conceptual designs and recommendations for generator enclosures and integrated power systems.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and operations to ensure accurate pricing and manufacturability.
• Prepare and deliver technical proposals, product presentations, and scope reviews.
• Support meetings, design reviews, factory visits, and technical discussions throughout sales cycle.
• Mentor junior sales engineers and support staff.
• Maintain market intelligence on data center power and related technologies.
