Goodwin Recruiting seeks a Senior Sales Engineer in Atlanta, GA to drive growth in an industrial manufacturing environment. You will shape commercial strategy, manage long-cycle B2B sales, and collaborate with electrical equipment and data center clients while reporting to the COO.

The role requires 4+ years in B2B sales, relocation to Atlanta, and willingness to travel 30-50%. Compensation includes a $110k–$120k base with a $200k–$250k OTE, health benefits, equity, and 401(k).

Qualifikationen

• 4+ years in B2B sales or business development in electrical equipment, industrial automation, or related manufacturing.
• Experience selling technical products through electrical contractor channels or directly to data center/industrial clients.
• Familiarity with UL-listed electrical equipment and relevant regulatory frameworks.

Aufgaben

• Develop and manage customer pipeline across the I-85 corridor to support multi-year growth plans.
• Build channel strategy by fostering contractor relationships and establishing partnerships with EPC/GC and hyperscaler clients.
• Lead AVL qualification work for hyperscale data center direct sales.
• Set pricing strategy and commercial terms in partnership with leadership.
• Provide technical expertise and credibility for a range of electrical products.
• Forecast bookings and deliver performance reporting to the Board of Directors.
