• Present SMC capabilities, services and products to current and prospective customers
• Lead all aspects of the sales process and coordinate with internal teams
• Own and manage customer relationships and growth
• Develop and execute customer action plans and forecasts
• Maintain strong relationships with key decision makers in designated accounts
• Use CRM to document calls, opportunities, contacts and reports
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored client strategies
• Monitor project timelines and milestones for deployments
