Job summary

Uniti Group is seeking a Senior Sales Engineer to partner with the sales team and design unique solutions for customers across the US. You will communicate detailed technical designs and serve as a subject-matter expert on network services including TDM, Ucaas, SDWAN, LAN/WAN, SIP, and data center hardware.

The role requires a college degree in IT/Engineering and 4–6 years of experience, or 8+ years in related roles. Strong collaboration with engineering and service delivery teams is essential.

Qualifications

• College degree in IT, Engineering or related field and 4–6 years of professional level experience, or 8+ years in engineering/technical roles.
• Ability to design and communicate technical and architectural solutions.
• Experience supporting pre-sale activities with formal documentation.
• Safety sensitive position and compliance awareness.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers in a consultative manner to understand technical and business challenges.
• Design, sell and support solutions using Uniti product suite to drive revenue.
• Support proposal generation including pricing, Visio diagrams and technical docs.
• Articulate value statements and network designs to customers and internal teams.
• Deliver focused technical product training for sales teams and customers.
