Job summary
Uniti Group Inc. is seeking a Sales Engineer to work with the Sales teams as a technical SME, driving design of cost-effective network solutions that meet customer needs.
The role requires collaboration with Engineering, Operations, and Vendors to translate requirements into high-quality designs and successful deployments. The successful candidate will lead pre-sales activities, train teams on Uniti Fiber products, and ensure accurate documentation in Salesforce, while supporting multiple
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Business or IS, or equivalent experience in the industry.
- Broad telecom skill set with experience in two or more areas such as Sales, Product Management/Planning, Network Engineering, Transport Engineering, Network Provisioning, Operations.
Responsibilities
- Support Sales teams on pre-sales activities by providing technical and network design solutions.
- Train Sales teams on all Uniti Fiber products and services.
- Communicate updates related to products and services and changes in technical processes.
- Collaborate as the primary liaison between Enterprise Sales and Operations, Network Engineering, Service Delivery, and other teams.
- Review Salesforce opportunity records before close to ensure proper configuration and technical detail.
- Assist in reviewing Network Build Cost analysis to meet technical requirements.
