Uniti is seeking a Senior Sales Engineer to partner with sales teams, design solutions, and influence purchasing decisions. You will explain technical and business benefits to customers, design network architectures, and support proposals.
You will lead training for sales teams, present technical designs to engineering and delivery, and stay current with evolving network technologies to drive profitable revenue.
Qualifications
- College degree in IT, engineering or related field.
- 4–6 years professional level experience, or 8+ years engineering/technical experience.
- Safety sensitive position.
Responsibilities
- Engage customers to understand their technical and business challenges.
- Design, sell and support solutions using Uniti products to drive revenue.
- Assist in proposal generation including pricing, equipment design, Visio docs, and technical documentation.
- Clearly articulate value statements and network designs to customers.
- Prepare and present designs and paperwork to Engineering and Service Delivery for handoff.
- Create and deliver focused technical product training for the sales teams you support.
- Conduct product seminars with Sales to drive revenue.
- Represent Uniti as a technology expert specializing in network services (TDM, UCaaS, SD-WAN, LAN/WAN).
- Develop collaborative relationships across teams and stay current with industry tech.
