Job summary

Sophos is seeking a Senior Sales Engineer to serve as the trusted technical advisor for Mid-Market customers and channel partners across Ontario and Quebec. You will work with Account Executives, Channel Sales, and Services teams to drive technical sales engagements and demonstrate the Sophos cybersecurity portfolio while guiding customers to strengthen their security posture.

This role requires fluency in English and French, the ability to travel in Ontario and Quebec, and a strong background

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Sales Engineering or similar
• Fluency in English and French (written and spoken)
• Experience supporting Mid-Market segments and channel partners
• Strong cybersecurity knowledge and sales-oriented mindset
• Ability to deliver executive-level presentations and product demos
• Experience with indirect sales motions through channel partners
• Proven collaboration and onboarding skills for cross-functional teams

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical resource for Mid-Market sales across Ontario and Quebec.
• Partner with Account Executives and Channel Managers to drive territory growth.
• Build relationships with customer stakeholders and security practitioners.
• Lead technical discovery sessions to understand environments and objectives.
• Deliver product demonstrations, workshops, and PoCs.
• Act as SME across Sophos portfolio including MDR, XDR, Endpoint, Cloud and Advice Services.
