Job summary

TechnoMile is seeking a Senior Sales Engineer to join the Sales team in a hybrid role, primarily based in McLean, VA. You will lead the technical strategy for complex opportunities, connecting client business and technical needs to TechnoMile's AI-native Growth, Contracts, and SIMS solutions.

You'll own discovery, tailored demos, solution design, and pilot planning, collaborating with account executives and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

4+ years of sales engineering or comparable solution experience in enterprise software.
Experience leading multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles as the technical lead from discovery through decision.
Ability to translate business and technical requirements into solution approaches.
Hands-on experience with AI-enabled tools and automation preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead technical discovery for complex enterprise opportunities.
Develop the technical win strategy with the account executive.
Design and deliver tailored demonstrations showing government contracting processes.
Translate requirements into a clear solution across TechnoMile products, ERPs, and data sources.
Respond to technical objections and build buyer confidence.
Plan and lead pilots, workshops, and structured evaluations.
Support competitive displacements with differentiated, lower-risk paths.
Partner cross-functionally with Product, Services, Security teams.
Contribute to RFIs, RFPs, and security reviews.
Leverage AI and automation tools to boost productivity.
