Job summary

CDW seeks a Senior Manager, Revenue Enablement Performance to lead the Revenue Enablement Performance function and a team of architects embedded with Sales, Services & Solutions. You will shape enablement strategy, governance, and portfolio stewardship to deliver measurable business impact.

You will partner with senior leaders to diagnose gaps, define enablement roadmaps, and ensure programs drive real outcomes across the organization. Travel up to 25% is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 10+ years in revenue enablement, sales effectiveness, or related field or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead a team of Lead Revenue Enablement Performance Architects.
• Establish operating model, governance, and engagement standards for the function.
• Coach PAs to identify business challenges, diagnose root causes, and drive measurable outcomes.
