Job summary

CDW is seeking a sales enablement professional to design and deliver a first-class seller development program. You will onboard new sales professionals, train experienced staff, coach skills, and advocate for company initiatives across the Sales organization.

Partnering with cross-functional teams, you will translate business needs into learning solutions, manage projects, and measure outcomes. Travel up to 25% to CDW offices nationwide to support programs and initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5 years selling or 5 years in training facilitation, or 9 years combined experience.
• Demonstrated facilitation/communication with improving knowledge and performance.
• Project and time management skills are essential.
• Ability to build productive cross-functional relationships.
• Aptitude for new concepts and technologies and applying them quickly.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new sales professionals using blended learning methods.
• Coach sales staff to achieve business goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to define requirements and translate into solutions.
• Research best practices and implement improvements to organizational effectiveness.
• Develop and manage project strategies ensuring timely delivery and stakeholder buy-in.
• Measure participant skills and client satisfaction.
• Provide ongoing program updates to stakeholders and mentors to junior team members.
• Travel up to 25% to CDW offices nationwide.
