Job summary

Pekin Insurance is seeking a Senior Sales Training & Enablement Specialist in Pekin, IL (hybrid). You’ll build knowledge and confidence for Sales Leaders and independent agents, turning complex priorities into practical training and resources.

Collaborate with Sales, Marketing and organizational partners to deliver engaging programs, while evolving approaches for higher adoption and consistent execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent experience.
• Typically requires 7+ years of experience in related field.
• Prior experience as a trainer.

Responsibilities

• Identify skill gaps and learning needs with Sales Leaders to support evolving priorities.
• Create and maintain training materials, sales playbooks, and resources for products and strategies.
• Develop and maintain a SharePoint site for training, marketing and sales resources.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop training for Sales Leaders and agents.
• Lead and evolve training programs and best practices to meet changing needs.
