Pekin Insurance is seeking a Senior Sales Training & Enablement Specialist to bring learning to life for Sales Leaders and independent agents. You will turn complex priorities into practical training and resources that drive adoption and consistent execution.

Collaborating with Sales, Marketing and the organization, you’ll build materials, maintain a central SharePoint resource, and evolve programs to boost sales effectiveness. This role is hybrid in Pekin, IL.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent experience.
• Typically 7+ years of experience in related field.
• Prior experience as a trainer.
• Salesforce knowledge preferred.
• Certifications such as CPCU/CIC/CLU/FMLI preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partners with Sales Leaders and business partners to identify skill gaps, learning needs and development opportunities.
• Creates and maintains training materials, sales playbooks and resources for Life and P&C products and strategies.
• Develops and maintains a SharePoint site as a centralized resource for training and strategies.
• Works with subject matter experts to develop training for Sales Leaders and agents.
• Leads and evolves training programs and technology best practices to meet changing needs.
