Bachelor’s degree from accredited university or college. 10+ years of experience in Banking, Financial Services, or Sales Enablement roles. Direct Sales experience is a plus. Proven success in developing sales enablement strategies that improve seller performance, including building and scaling content strategies that drive measurable sales outcomes. Cross-functional collaboration skills and ability to build trusted relationships with sellers, people leaders and senior leadership across Sales, Marketing and Product. Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a faced-paced environment. Strong writing, messaging, and presentation-development, skills creating persuasive materials that sales teams can use in active commercial environment. Proficiency with enablement and content platforms (e.g., Seismic) and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce). Strong Power point skills is a plus. Qualifications: Typically 7+ years of relevant experience and post-secondary degree in Business or a related field of study or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Strong understanding of integrated marketing campaigns. Seasoned professional with a combination of education, experience and industry knowledge. Salary: $100,000.00 - $220,000.00 Pay Type: Salaried The above represents BMO Financial Group’s pay range and type. Salaries will vary based on factors such as location, skills, experience, education, and qualifications for the role, and may include a commission structure. Salaries for part-time roles will be pro-rated based on number of hours regularly worked. For commission roles, the salary listed above represents BMO Financial Group’s expected target for the first year in this position.
