Job summary

BMO Financial Group is seeking a Sales Enablement Platform Manager in Chicago to govern and continuously improve our enablement technology ecosystem. You will manage Seismic, coordinate content ownership, and drive adoption through structured processes and dashboards.

The role requires collaboration, strong governance instincts, and the ability to translate business needs into practical operating workflows.

Qualifications

Foundational skills in information architecture and stakeholder management.
Experience delivering and scaling enablement strategies that boost seller productivity.

Responsibilities

Manage the Enablement platform (Seismic) with the Commercial Bank.
Own day-to-day administration including UX, access, configuration, requests and issue resolution.
Assign and track content ownership, review schedules and coordinate with content SMEs.
Maintain taxonomy, naming conventions, metadata, templates and lifecycle standards.
Track adoption and propose improvements to drive usage.
Build and maintain the pitch deck builder and digital assets inside the platform.
Establish automation within the system to insert data (Seismic LiveDocs).
Monitor content health and adoption signals to improve usability and effectiveness.
Collaborate with tech, product and enablement teams for launches and migrations.
Create insights and recommendations for stakeholders on governance and administration.
Define performance metrics and monitor engagement, seller readiness and AI adoption.
Build enablement data dashboards and explore AI-enabled capabilities.
