Job summary

F5 Networks, Inc. seeks a Sr Sales Enablement Partner to design and deliver technical training for Solutions Engineering and Channel teams worldwide. You will develop enablement programs to grow pipeline and sales revenue using F5 solutions.

Responsibilities include creating hands-on labs, demos, and web-based training, delivering in virtual and in-person formats, and measuring program impact with data-driven insights.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in technical sales enablement or training.
• 8+ years with public cloud platforms and Kubernetes to build training labs.
• 2+ years in a technical pre-sales or similar customer-facing role.
• BA/BS in a technical field or equivalent experience.
• Experience with modern learning technologies and AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Analyze training needs using AI platforms to accelerate learning material development.
• Collaborate with Field Enablement leadership, Technical Sales leadership, and Product Management to identify skills gaps.
• Design, build, and maintain technical courseware including labs, architectures, demos, and training.
• Deliver high-impact training in virtual and in-person environments.
• Mentor learners and assess curriculum completion and demonstrations.
• Measure enablement impact and report on field readiness and business outcomes.
• Coordinate training logistics as needed.
