You will plan, design, develop, and deliver technical training for Solutions Engineering and Channel teams worldwide, driving pipeline growth and sales revenue through robust enablement programs. Key responsibilities include leveraging AI and modern tech to identify training needs, aligning with leaders, and delivering hands-on courseware and live sessions for global audiences.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in technical sales enablement, instructional design, or technical training functions.
• Experience with virtual environments and cloud platforms to build training labs.
• 2+ years in a technical pre‑sales or similar customer-facing role.
• BA/BS in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience utilizing AI tools to accelerate content development.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and deliver technical training for global field teams.
• Align with leadership to identify skills gaps and update enablement curricula.
• Build hands-on labs, demos, and real‑world scenarios for internal teams and partners.
• Lead virtual and in-person trainings with active-learning methods.
• Mentor learners and assess curriculum completion and presentation skills.
• Measure program impact with defined metrics and reports.
