Job summary

Deel is seeking a Senior Content Marketing Manager, Sales Enablement, to lead the strategy and creation of high-impact sales content across channels. You will partner with product, marketing, and sales to produce compelling collateral—pitch decks, battlecards, and scripts—that drive engagement and accelerate revenue.

You will leverage analytics to optimize content performance, align with business objectives, and manage partnerships with external creators. This role offers a remote U.S.

Qualifications

• 6-9+ years in Sales Enablement Marketing or related roles.
• Experience creating high-impact sales enablement content (pitch decks, battlecards, scripts).
• Proven ability to lead content marketing initiatives and manage multiple projects.
• Strong understanding of SEO, analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, HubSpot).
• Experience with CMS and marketing automation platforms.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of content marketing strategies.
• Create, manage, and optimize content for various channels (pitch decks, battlecards, scripts, blogs, white papers, etc.).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive engagement and conversions.
• Develop content plans based on audience research and market trends.
• Oversee content calendar and ensure timely delivery of high-quality content.
• Optimize content for SEO, lead generation, and conversion.
