Senior Sales Enablement Program Analyst at Aon Corporation is a hybrid role that blends business analysis with AI-enabled insights to help the commercial organization grow, better support clients, and work smarter. You will translate business needs into scalable solutions, strengthen seller productivity, and drive adoption of sales technologies across functional teams.

You will partner across Sales Enablement, Sales Operations, Marketing, Data & Analytics, Technology, and regional teams to build

Qualifications

2+ years in Sales Enablement, Marketing Ops, or related field.
Ability to gather requirements and translate to tech or analytics solutions.
Experience creating executive-level presentations and change communications.

Responsibilities

Support pivotal programs to improve growth, seller productivity, and pipeline transparency.
Gather, document, and prioritize business requirements from commercial leaders.
Translate needs into scalable technology, reporting, and processes.
Explore AI-enabled approaches to improve workflows and insights.
Partner with Data & Analytics to define metric frameworks and governance.
Create user guides, playbooks, and activation plans for adoption.
Facilitate sessions and governance forums to align priorities.
