Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, Business, or related field.
• 15+ years of progressive commercial experience in life science/pharma.
• 5+ years in senior sales leadership with 30+ people management.
• Proven ability to influence C-level executives and drive growth.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional sales strategy aligned with global goals.
• Lead a dispersed team of Regional Sales Managers and Account Managers.
• Deliver regional revenue growth, forecast accurately, and drive ROI.
• Build executive-level relationships with key accounts and partnerships.
