Job summary

MilliporeSigma is seeking an Advanced Solutions Strategy Business Partner to serve as the primary strategy partner to BioReliance Testing Services. You will lead strategy development, build rigorous business cases, shape market intelligence, and drive cross-functional initiatives from concept through delivery.

You will develop strategy and drive it forward by combining strategic depth with hands-on execution.

Qualifications

MBA, PhD, or equivalent advanced degree in Life Sciences, Business, or a quantitative field.
7+ years of experience in a strategic or analytical role within management consulting or the Life Sciences industry.
Demonstrated experience leading complex, cross-functional strategic initiatives from development through to execution.
Strong experience building M&A, partnership, and licensing business cases with rigorous financial modelling and P&L analysis.

Responsibilities

Lead strategy development and shape the Advanced Solutions overarching strategy.
Develop rigorous business cases, market intelligence, and drive cross-functional initiatives from concept to delivery.
Translate commercial ambition into structured, prioritized strategy grounded in market reality and financial rigor.
Collaborate with BTS leadership and the Head of AS Strategy & Transformation to align strategy with broader Life Sciences initiatives across CDMO, BioMonitoring, Lab Water, and DxRM.
