QLM Search Ltd is partnering with a specialist ingredients group to appoint a Senior Sales Manager / Sales Director / Senior KAM to deliver their five-year commercial strategy for a plant-based ingredients portfolio. Reporting to the Business Unit President, you will drive revenue growth with leadership and strategic category management.

Formación

• Proven experience as Sales Leader/Director/Senior Manager in B2B Food Ingredients (plant-based mandatory).
• Strong leadership, coaching and communication skills.
• Knowledge of category management strategies across ingredients with growth track record.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute ingredient category management strategies to drive sales and profit growth.
• Analyse market trends and customer insights to identify new business opportunities and maximize sales potential.
• Build strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure alignment and collaboration across the business.
• Partner with marketing to develop effective campaigns and product launches.
