Job summary

QLM Search is seeking a Senior Sales Leader / Director / Senior Manager to drive the 5-year commercial strategy for a plant-based ingredients portfolio. Reporting to the Business Unit President, you will lead category management and high-level client engagement within the B2B food ingredients space.

The role requires proven experience in sales leadership, strategic growth, and strong coaching skills to propel market expansion and account development across key customers.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Sales Leader/Director/Senior Manager within the B2B Food Ingredients domain.
• Plant-based ingredients experience is mandatory.
• Strong leadership, coaching and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute ingredient category management strategies to drive sales and profit growth.
• Analyse market trends, customer insights and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and maximise sales.
• Build strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders to ensure satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure alignment across the business.
• Work with marketing to develop campaigns and product launches.
