Job summary

QLM Search is seeking a Divisional Sales Leader for a specialist ingredients group serving QSR and Food Service. You will shape and execute a 3-5 year commercial strategy, lead a small sales team, and partner with marketing and internal departments to drive growth and customer satisfaction.

You must bring proven Senior Sales Manager/Director experience in Ingredients or Flavors, with deep QSR knowledge, especially bakery/confectionery categories, and strong leadership and communication skills.
