Job Description:
As part of the Sales team and reporting directly to the CEO, the Senior SDR role focuses on driving business growth by securing first calls/demos for the sales team. By showing strong performance in this role, you will have the opportunity to grow into an account executive role. As the Senior SDR, your primary role is to generate leads and sales pipeline through outbound calls, emails, social media, and in-person conversations.
This is not an entry-level position. Candidates without demonstrated prior performance in the top 20% (quotas met and/or exceeded consistently) as an SDR working in the K12 edtech sector will not be considered.
The ideal candidate will be a true self-starter: passionate, driven, organized and always strives for excellence. Success in this position will require creativity, drive and the ability to build rapport and credibility quickly.
