The Role:

We’re looking for a motivated and high-energySales Development Representative (SDR)to join our US-based team. In this role, you’ll play a critical part in building our sales pipeline, engaging with inbound and outbound leads, and setting the stage for long-term client success. This is not your average SDR role—we offer a structured path to become an Account Executive, with early exposure to therenewals and upsell processalongside our Client Success team.

What You’ll Do:

  • Prospect into target accounts using a combination of outbound emails, LinkedIn outreach, and cold calling
  • Qualify inbound leads and book high-quality meetings for Account Executives
  • Collaborate closely with marketing to convert campaign leads into pipeline
  • Learn to navigate full-cycle sales by shadowing Account Executives and participating in renewal/upsell discussions
  • Support the Renewals Team in identifying expansion opportunities in existing accounts
  • Maintain accurate records in our CRM (HubSpot/Salesforce)

What We’re Looking For:

  • 1–2 years of experience in a SaaS SDR or business development role (cybersecurity preferred, but not required)
  • Clear communication, curiosity, and persistence—must be confident on the phone
  • A genuine interest in growing into a full-cycle Account Executive role
  • Team-first mindset with a willingness to learn from senior sales and client success professionals
  • US-based (Remote), with flexibility to overlap with EST or CST time zones
