A leading geospatial analytics company specializing in cutting-edge satellite technology is seeking a proactive Sales Development Representative (SDR) to enhance their market presence within the oil and gas industry. This role offers a chance to contribute to the expansion of geospatial solutions that empower businesses in this valuable sector.

About the Role:

The Sales Development Representative will be instrumental in generating new business opportunities and establishing relationships with key stakeholders in the oil and gas sector. You will be hire 2 in a growing sales team and work closely with a high performing industry expert.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough research to pinpoint and engage potential clients within the oil and gas industry.
  • Execute targeted outreach strategies including cold calling, email campaigns, and leveraging social media platforms.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to craft effective outreach campaigns and strategies.
  • Act as the initial point of contact, presenting advanced geospatial solutions tailored for the oil and gas industry.
  • Qualify leads and facilitate meetings for sales executives, paving the way for successful deal closure.
  • Ensure meticulous record-keeping of lead interactions and prospect information in CRM systems.

Qualifications:

  • Sales or business development experience is preferred, especially in technology solutions and the oil and gas sector.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to establish rapport swiftly.
  • Familiarity with geospatial technology applications in the oil and gas industry is advantageous.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a proactive mindset toward new business opportunity identification.
  • Ability to thrive independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Base salary of up to $90,000 per annum + bonus + equity package
  • Flexible PTO
  • 100% M, D & V and 50% for dependents
  • 401K Plan
