A fast-growing startup is looking for a motivated Sales Development Representative to drive growth by engaging and nurturing relationships with potential clients. About the Role
As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you’ll accelerate the company’s growth by identifying, engaging, and building relationships with prospects and customers. You’ll connect with decision makers at Fortune 500 companies who are focused on learning & development, talent, and workforce transformation.
Your role will involve researching prospective new customers, writing emails and follow-ups, and calling individuals who would benefit from our platform. You’ll play a pivotal role as one of the first touchpoints with customers and be responsible for setting up our account executives for productive first meetings.
You must be a proven self-starter who is persistent, driven, and optimistic as the role will primarily be focused on cold calling.
You’ll report into Growthspace’s SDR Team Lead. This role is located within the Marketing function.
