Huzzle is hiring a Senior Sales Development Representative to own the revenue pipeline in a high‑impact, full‑time role. You’ll lead outbound prospecting, conduct discovery calls, nurture leads, and close high‑ticket deals in the AI and automation space for diverse client segments.

This position suits experienced sales professionals who excel in hunting and closing, with strong communication and a consultative approach.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of high-ticket sales experience.
• Proven track record of closing deals and driving revenue.
• Strong cold calling, objection handling and discovery skills.
• Experience owning the full sales pipeline end-to-end.
• Background selling services in tech/AI/automation.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, outreach, discovery, and closing.
• Execute high-volume outbound campaigns via cold calling, email, and LinkedIn.
• Identify and engage decision-makers across industries.
• Conduct high-quality discovery calls to uncover client needs and position AI solutions.
• Manage pipeline using CRM tools and sales platforms.
• Consistently meet and exceed revenue and performance targets.
• Collaborate with leadership to refine outreach strategies and messaging.
• Utilize tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, and ZoomInfo for lead generation.
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure a professional, consultative sales approach.
