Job summary

Real Time Consulting (RTC) Engineering is seeking a Business Sales Development Manager to lead a sales team from prospecting to closing, with a focus on embedded engineering services. This role works closely with the CEO to target new clients and craft effective marketing tools and strategies.

The successful candidate will have 5–10 years in Sales & Business Development, strong presentation and leadership skills, and a background in engineering, preferably in aerospace.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science or technical field.
• MBA is a huge plus; PMP certification preferred.
• Established rolodex within Embedded industry is a plus; aerospace experience required.

Responsibilities

• Develop a database of qualified leads through referrals, cold calling and networking.
• Identify and expand in new embedded systems industry options.
• Sell consultatively for professional embedded engineering services.
• Lead and mentor sales team; report bi-weekly on status.
• Participate in pricing, proposals, and contract negotiations.
• Represent RTC to clients and ensure high customer satisfaction.
